Circassian athlete Maya Khalashte (Ishaqat) won first place and a gold medal in the Jordanian women's championship in Jiu-Jitsu, which was held in August 2025 in Amman, the capital of Jordan. This was reported by one of the Circassian groups in Jordan on Facebook.
According to the report, after this victory, she entered the Jordanian national team in Jiu-Jitsu and will participate in the upcoming world championship.
