There is a very important and even critical key to success in business - the key of focusing on one niche. This means, don't work on several businesses on different niches, but work on a business on one niche.
Each business solves a certain problem, but the ways to solve the problem can be different, that is, you can have several businesses but they all solve one specific issue.
For example, you are a dietitian, meaning you help people lose weight. It is one niche, but the ways of implementation can be different, through daily exercise, through a daily food plan or even through fasting. On each of these three ways you can open a separate business, but you noticed that they all solve one problem, and that is weight loss.
If you want to succeed in business, then work on one niche.
