Three training exercises that will make the body shapely and fresh

 

The three exercises we will talk about are simple and there is no need for a special place or special device and the training lasts about 20 minutes to 30 minutes. This training will sculpt your body and will help you in your daily life to be fresh. Everyone is familiar with these exercises but we will present to you the simple method which can achieve good results.

Of course starting with these workouts and then persevering in them are the hardest thing for each and every one because there is a problem of laziness or excuses of lack of time and so on, but start and try to persevere in this workout for 30 days then you will see good results which will encourage you to continue these workouts and will become a habit that you will not be able to give up later.

These three exercises are bodyweight Squate, push-ups and abdominal exercise.

The method:

In the morning after you wake up and after the shower as well as after drinking water start the workout.

The first exercise is bodyweight Squat, your hands facing forward as in the photo. You lower your body to the end and get up. This exercise you do three times with a minute break between exercises. The number of times you need to sit  and get up is less than the maximum you can do. If you can do 50 times then you can do less than that, about 45 times.



The second exercise is push-ups as shown in the picture. This exercise is also like the first, three times with a minute break between the exercise. Number of lifts as the first as well.


The third exercise is abdominal exercises as shown in the picture, here it should be emphasized that one should not lift the whole back but rather lift the half back. This exercise is also like the first, three times with a minute break between the exercise. Number of lifts as the first as well.


At first, in order to overcome your laziness, in the first week you will do a five-minute workout, that is, one time of all three forms of exercises we mentioned. In the second week you will do a 10-minute workout, two times of the three exercises we mentioned. In the third week you will do the workouts in full.

This workout can be done in 20 minutes to just thirty minutes and there is no need for a device or space and you will have a beautiful and completely natural looking figure.
