The Golden Sausruko Film Festival in Adygea received 700 applications from 15 countries

 


The 6th Golden Sausruko International Film Festival received approximately 700 applications from 15 countries, including both short films and full-length features, announced Askarbiy Nagaplev, Chairman of the Organizing Committee, CEO of the "Circassia-Film" film company and Honored Artist of the Republic of Adygea and the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.

Submissions began on February 15, 2026, and will continue until August 15, 2026. Applications have been received from Russia, Brazil, Belarus, Bolivia, Iran, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Peru, Singapore, Taiwan, Turkey, Chile, and Uzbekistan.

"We are honored to see such interest in our festival." "We believe that everything we do contributes to the development of the film industry not only in our region but also beyond," Askarbiy Nagaplev said.

The Golden Sausruko Awards will open on October 14, and the awards ceremony will take place on October 17, 2026.
