The "Adygea" Hotel in Maykop will open its doors in June 2026

The major renovation of the "Adygea" Hotel in Maykop is nearing completion. Murat Kumpilov, Head of the Republic of Adygea, gave a tour of the renovated facility, according to the Sovetskaya Adygea newspaper.

The project is being implemented by investor Viktor Mikhailovsky. He was tasked with restoring the hotel building, constructed in the 1970s, while preserving its original purpose.

"When approving the project, we paid special attention to the aesthetics of the property: both the building itself and the surrounding area should be beautiful and harmoniously complement the architecture of the city center. We also discussed with the investor the possibility of restoring the authentic ornamentation of the mid-20th-century building," commented Murat Kumpilov.

According to the entrepreneur, the hotel complex will be launched in stages: guests will begin receiving services in June, a restaurant will open next month, and a spa complex is planned for the end of the year. Following the renovation, the renovated hotel is expected to receive five-star status.
