Madina Dzhambotovna Khapsirokova is a business consultant specializing in strategic company management and business process structuring.
Born September 18, 1975, in the village of Adyge-Khabl, Adyge-Khablsky District, Karachay-Circassian Republic.
In 1999, she graduated from Peoples' Friendship University of Moscow (Master of Economics in Economics).
From 2007 to 2008, she studied at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation, Institute of Business and Business Administration (Master of Business Administration – Strategic Management (MBA)).
From 2016 to 2017, she studied at the Erickson International Coaching University (Science and Art of Transformational Coaching).
Since 2016, she has been a certified auditor with the SGS Academy.
She began her career in 1999 as Deputy Director for Financial and Economic Affairs at REYA LLC;
From 2002 to 2015, she served as Deputy General Director for Marketing at Saturn Financial Holding;
From 2015 to 2016, she served as Commercial Director at Firma Financial Holding. Saturn."
From July 1, 2016 to May 1, 2017 — Representative for the Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts of the Eurasian Development and Sale Service.

She is also one of the owners of several manufacturing companies, one of which is Saturn Farm LLC, a major dairy producer in the North Caucasian Federal District.
