A tenth-grader from Adygea won a prize at the All-Russian School Olympiad in Mathematics

 


Roman Kuznetsov, a tenth-grader from Adygea, won a prize in the final round of the All-Russian School Olympiad in Mathematics. Gleb Steblin and Yara Mamiy were awarded certificates of commendation, according to the Sovetskaya Adygeya newspaper, citing the Republican School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.

The final round of the All-Russian School Olympiad in Mathematics was held in Moscow. The final round featured 499 top students in grades 9–11 from 82 regions of Russia. The Adygea team was represented by four students from the Republican School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics (REMSh): Yara Mamiy (9th grade), Roman Kuznetsov (10th grade), and Alexey Demchenko and Gleb Steblin (11th grade).

REMSh teachers Natalia Kuprienko, Sergey Boychenko, Yuri Karpenko, and Andrey Reznikov, who also leads the Adygea team, are preparing schoolchildren for the Olympiads.
