On April 26, 2026, Circassian freestyle wrestler Timur Bizhoev won bronze at the European Championships held in Tirana, Albania. In the 74 kg weight class, he defeated Hungary's Murad Kuramagomedov for third place.
Timur Bizhoev is the bronze medalist at the 2021 World Championships, the bronze medalist at the 2019 European Championships, and the winner of the 2019 World Cup.
