A reverse business mission involving representatives of five companies from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is underway in Adygea, according to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Adygea.
The event is being held at the "My Business" center in Maykop. Invited participants include distributors of food products, agricultural products, household chemicals, and cosmetics. They arrived to learn about the export potential of local producers.
On the first day of the business mission, companies from the UAE and Adygea held approximately 40 negotiations. According to the Ministry, prospects for export contracts have been tentatively outlined for some of these negotiations.
One of the highlights of the business program was a meeting organized in a B2B format. Representatives of foreign businesses and local producers discussed supply terms and opportunities for developing foreign trade relations, focusing on the market standards of the guests.
Today, event participants are visiting the production sites of regional household chemicals, cosmetics, and health food companies.
"These on-site meetings will allow potential partners to personally experience technological processes and verify the high quality of the products," the department added.
As a reminder, the "My Business" center operates as part of the "Efficient and Competitive Economy" national project.
