Zaira Dyshekova - Circassian multi-sport athlete and trainer

 

Zaira Aslanovna Dyshekova (born December 2, 1996) is a Circassian multi-sport athlete and a professional gym trainer (fitness) from the Republic of Karachay-Circassia (Caucasus, RF). She has competed in several sports with excellent achievements and has numerous titles. For many years, she has been involved in applied martial arts, such as freestyle wrestling, sambo, kung fu, and hand-to-hand combat. She is a multiple Moscow and world champion in these disciplines.

Her achievements:

World Champion in universal combat;

World Champion in grappling;

World Champion in pankration.

3-time Russian Champion in pankration;

Russian Champion in Kung Fu;

Silver medalist of the Russian Hand-to-Hand Combat Championship;

Silver medalist of the Moscow Sambo Championship;

2-time Moscow champion in freestyle wrestling;
