On December 20, 2025, the Syrian Arab Federation of Martial Arts organized the Republic Championship for Jiu-Jitsu at Tishreen Sports City in Damascus. More than 80 athletes representing 16 clubs from various Syrian governorates participated in the championship, competing in the under-18 and over-18 age categories.
The results for the under-18 age group were as follows:
First Place: Al-Buraika Club (Al-Buraika is a Circassian village).
Second Place: Fight Gym Club.
Third Place: Jassim Club, Knights Club, and Al-Areen Club.
The individual athletes' results, in the gold and silver medal series, were as follows:
Narzan Ahmed Haj Maf - Gold Medal, Syrian Arab Republic Championship for Sports Clubs.
Anzor Haitham Haj Maf - Gold Medal, Syrian Arab Republic Championship for Sports Clubs.
Tambi Omar - Gold Medal, Syrian Arab Republic Championship in Jiu-Jitsu, 77 kg weight class.
Nart Omar - Gold Medal, Syrian Arab Republic Championship in Jiu-Jitsu, 77 kg weight class.
Ibrahim Sattas - Gold medal, Syrian Arab Republic Jiu-Jitsu Championship, 56 kg weight class.
Zaid Abdo - Silver medal, Syrian Arab Republic Jiu-Jitsu Championship, 62 kg weight class.
Aidar Yousef - Silver medal, Syrian Arab Republic Jiu-Jitsu Championship, 56 kg weight class.
Narzan Kamal Ismail - Silver medal, Syrian Arab Republic Jiu-Jitsu Championship, over 94 kg weight class.
Taj Ali Karoufa - Silver medal, Syrian Arab Republic Tennis Championship.
