Over 1.5 million tourists have visited Kabardino-Balkaria this year

 


Over 1.5 million tourists visited the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic from January to September 2025, according to the RIA Kabardino-Balkaria news agency.

Over the past five years, the number of tourists visiting the region has tripled. Experts predict that by 2030, tourist flow will reach 2.5 million people per year, and tourism's share of the gross regional product will be approximately 8%.

Currently, the republic has the capacity to accommodate approximately 17,000 guests at a time in 350 accommodation facilities, including hotels, resorts, and recreation centers.
