Circassian athlete from the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic Silina Makoyeva won bronze at the Youth World Mas-Wrestling Championship in Mongolia.
The youth world championship and world championship are being held in the Mongolian Aymag of Arkhangai.
The competition brought together over 200 athletes from more than 30 countries. As part of the Russian national team, Makoyeva competed in the 55 kg weight class and, having won three victories in five fights, rose to the third step of the podium.
The athlete is training under the guidance of one of the coaches of the national team, Betal Gubzhev.
