The XII Festival of the Circassian (Adyghe) cheese has ended in the Republic of Adygea. It was visited by 36 thousand people - residents of Adygea, guests from different regions of the Russian Federation and from several countries in the world. The head of the republic Murat Kumpilov announced this in his Telegram channel.
- It’s gratifying that interest in this event is growing every year! The number of participants is increasing, and we are faced with the task of taking the festival to a new level,” Murat Kumpilov added .
The festival took place from September 16 to 17 at Dakhovskaya Polyana near the Una-Koz ridge. A concert program, master classes and quizzes were prepared for the guests of the gastronomic festival, and national farmsteads of the municipalities of the republic were open.
