Circassian climber Alina Pekova climbed 8 mountains of eight-thousanders in a season

 

Circassian climber from the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic Alina Pekova conquered 8 mountains of eight-thousanders in a one season (2023).

Climbing the eight-thousanders - the highest mountains of the planet - is considered a great achievement in high-altitude mountaineering.

She raised the Circassian flag, the state symbol of the Republic of Adygea, to all the peaks.
