Circassian judoka from Tuapse won gold at the Grand Slam tournament in Mongolia

 

Two-time European champion from the city of Tuapse Mikhail Igolnikov won the tournament in Ulaanbaatar.

It is reported that Mikhail Igolnikov, performing in the weight category up to 90 kg, defeated the representative of Uzbekistan Davlat Bobonov in the decisive fight. 

25-year-old Igolnikov is a two-time European champion and World Championship medalist.

Mikhail speaks Circassian well. Mikhail's father is Russian, his mother is Circassian.
