An athlete from Adygea won a gold medal at the Russian Sambo Championship

 


The Russian Sambo Championship among boys and girls under 18 years old is taking place in Vladivostok. Ali Tsey, a student of the Adygean Republican Sports School of Olympic Reserve in sambo wrestling, took first place in the weight category up to 49 kg,- the press service of the Republic of Adygea Committee on Physical Culture and Sports reports.

In the final for the gold medal, Ali Tsey fought with Rolan Smirnov. As a result, the athlete from Sochi took second place. Bronze medalists were Nikita Lapshin from Samara and Emin Amirkhanov from Kazan.
